Returns & Warranties
All frame returns must be accompanied with the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) which you can get by calling us at 650-340-1773. We're available Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Your return must be made within 30 days of the original invoice. We do not take back Rx lenses. The frames must not be worn or used and returned with the original strap and case. RMA # must be clearly labeled on outside of box to be processed.
Credit card purchases returned will be subject to 10% credit card transaction fee.
Returns between 31-90 days old will be subject to an additional 15% restocking charge.
Returns over 90 days will not be honored.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase. Exchanged frames must not be worn or used and returned with the original strap and case. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Exchanges made 31-90 days old will be subject to an additional 10% restocking charge as well as additional shipping charges will apply.
Frame Warranty
The Solo Bambini Soft Frames are warranted unconditionally for one year against any and all defects or breakage, and will be remedied by a replacement with only a shipping charge.
The Solo Bambini Traditional Frames are warranted for one year against breakage due to manufacturing or material defects. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by accidents or abuse.
Lens Warranty
All lenses purchased with anti-reflective coating will come with an unlimited warranty for scratches within one year.
Lenses purchased without anti-reflective coating have a one-time replacement within 1 year for scratches. To use the warranty, lenses should be returned for a total replacement. A service charge of $30 will apply each time. It is recommended to return the frame and lenses together for proper replacement.
All lenses also come with warranty for a prescription change. This warranty can be used one time within six months from the date of purchase. If your healthcare professional should change the prescription, it is recommended to return the frame and lenses together for proper replacement.
Closeouts
From time to time we offer remaining inventories of discontinued and products we no longer feature at a reduced price. These frames are sold on a first come, first served basis and are discounted 25%. There are no returns, exchanges or warranties on closeout items.
